THE HOUSE SLEEPS 11 GUESTS, COMFORTABLY.

It includes a sunroom with a swing bed, a great room with an original fireplace, a large kitchen, butler's pantry, formal dining room, three large bedrooms and one bunk room, a game room with a pool table and bar, a utility room with full-size washer and dryer, and a large yard surrounding the house and enclosed by a low adobe wall. Enjoy a covered porch, separate patio with firepit, an outdoor dining table, and hammock.

The location is extremely remote and private but includes modern amenities. A manager directs Guests to the property and answers any questions they have. The ranch has been in the same family for four generations and includes a historic farming community and ruins with a State Historical Marker, which guests can access as well.

For an additional fee, guests have the option of a local guide for on-site tours and information, and private guided hunts. Guests can enjoy cooking, star-gazing, and roasting marshmallows in the large enclosed yard, as well as hikes around the property.
